REQUEST FOR BIDS/QUOTATIONS FOR TOYOTA HARRIER OR EQUIVALENT

The U.S. Embassy is inviting bids/quotations for the supply of a Toyota Harrier or an equivalent vehicle in accordance with FAR 52.211-6. This is a brand name or equal acquisition.

VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS

Model: Toyota Harrier or equivalent Style: SUV / Crossover - Hybrid Electric (HEV) Right-hand drive Transmission: Automatic with gearshift mode Steering Column: Adjustable tilt and telescopic, with steering-mounted controls Parking Support Brake: Automatic braking support for parking, including rear cross-traffic safety assist preferred Sensors: Front and rear ultrasonic sensors with visual and audible alerts Blind Spot Monitoring: Radar-based detection with visual alerts on mirrors or instrument cluster Seats: Ventilated front seats with multi-level cooling adjustment (dual-zone preferred) Lighting: Adaptive high-beam headlamps (LED preferred) Rear Fog Lamp: Integrated into the tail lamp assembly for visibility in fog, heavy rain, or snow Air Conditioning / Climate Control: Multi-zone climate control system Safety: Standard airbags and modern active safety systems (lane assist, stability control, ABS, etc.) Seating Capacity: Minimum 5 adult passengers Doors: Minimum 4 passenger doors Window Tinting: All window films/tints must comply with Singapore LTA standards (minimum Visible Light Transmittance (VLT): 70% for front windscreen, 70% for front side windows, and 25% for rear side/rear windscreens).
