Solicitation Amendment 0001
The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to:
1. Answer Industry Questions
2. Update Attachment #3 Section L, all revisions are in red text
3. Update Attachment #4 Section M, all revisions are in red text
4. Updated Clause 52.209-3 Section (b)
5. Extend solicitation closing date two (2) weeks to 21 November 2025
NOTE: Due to fleet needs, the Government will not provide any further extensions to this solicitation.

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (MAC IDIQ) Contract for TR-317 Series Hull Penetrator Assemblies, as described in the Statement of Work in support of the Sensors and Arrays Division (Code 153).
The resultant contract will contain provisions for delivery orders to be awarded on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) basis. This MAC IDIQ will have an ordering period from date of contract award through sixty (60) months after date of award.
