Description:
The City of Sugar Land is requesting Submittals from Respondents who can adequately demonstrate they have the resources, experience and qualifications to provide the City with knowledge of specialized engineering and oversight services for critical water and wastewater infrastructure. Design elements may include , but not be limited to, civil work (yard piping), headworks, aeration basins, blowers, clarifiers, return activated sludge, waste activated sludge, electrical work, SCADA and programming . The purpose of this solicitation is to select one firm to work with the City of Sugar Land to provide design and construction administration phase services for current and future projects of a similar nature. Only Respondents submitting for this RFQ and meeting qualifications based on the scoring results from the selection committee will be considered for the project. If there are multiple projects, a Respondent firm/team may submit on one or all projects, but an RFQ statement will be required for each project, and combination of RFQ statements for more than one project may be considered non-responsive.
