Design-Builder Firm Name: Clark Construction Group - CA LPProject Overview: The Airport has a series of cargo buildings at the end of their useful life. This replacement approximately 272,000 square feet, two-story cargo facility has been planned with approximately 106,000 square feet on level 1 and approximately 88,000 square feet on level 2, and a combined 60,000 square feet of mezzanine-level space, half of which would support level 1, and half of which would support level 2. The building will require landside maneuvering depth from West Field Road for approximately 28 trucks. The first phase of this facility will likely be occupied by an airline tenant. To construct the new facility, at a minimum, demolition of the existing Building 624 will be required.
