Design-Builder Firm Name: Skanska USA BuildingProject Overview:This replacement 120,000 square feet, single-story cargo facility has been planned with approximately 95,000 square feet of cargo area, and 25,000 square feet of mezzanine office space along with landside maneuvering depth from West Field Road for approximately 30 trucks. The Project also has an ancillary Ground Service Equipment (GSE) Maintenance Facility (Building 742) of approximately 17,000 square feet on site, but not physically connected, to the cargo facility. In order to construct the new facilities, demolition of the existing Building 730 will be required.Trade Package No.: TP-03ITrade Package Title: Precast Concrete PanelsDescription of the Trade Package Scope of Work: PREQUALIFICATION AND REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL:B720.1 is approximately 3,240 square feet of precast concrete panels and B742 is approximately 1,765 square feet of precast concrete panels.
