Description:
Design-Builder Firm Name: Skanska USA BuildingProject Overview:This replacement 120,000 square feet, single-story cargo facility has been planned with approximately 95,000 square feet of cargo area, and 25,000 square feet of mezzanine office space along with landside maneuvering depth from West Field Road for approximately 30 trucks. The Project also has an ancillary Ground Service Equipment (GSE) Maintenance Facility (Building 742) of approximately 17,000 square feet on site, but not physically connected, to the cargo facility. In order to construct the new facilities, demolition of the existing Building 730 will be required.Trade Package No.: TP-05A1Trade Package Title: Structural Steel B720.1 & B742Description of the Trade Package Scope of Work: PREQUALIFICATION AND REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL:B720.1 is approximately 4633 Tons of Steel and B742 is approximately 237 Tons of Steel. Metal Decking for B720.1 is approximately 32,000 SQFT, and B742 is approximately 17,452 SQFT.
