II, LLC.Project Overview:The Recycled Water Systems Project will design and construct an Advanced Water Treatment Plant (AWTP) to meet Title 22 requirements for recycled water and remove per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) from the effluent. The project will also design and construct a 250,000-gallon storage tank, pump station, and distribution system of roughly three miles of pipeline and connections to some of the Airports facilities. The project will also include upgrades to three existing Sequence Batch Reactors (SBR) and the construction of one new SBR for permit compliance.This is a Progressive Design-Build Project where Trade Work is incrementally authorized by Airport. The goal of this project is to design, construct, permit, activate, commission, and closeout of the new construction for the Recycled Water System Project.The new AWTP and SBR upgrade will exist in the current Mel Leong Treatment Plant (MLTP). The MLTP includes parallel treatment processes for wastewater produced from Airport facilities.
