The MLTP includes parallel treatment processes for wastewater produced from Airport facilities. The Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant (IWTP) treats industrial wastewater and first-flush storm water runoff; and the Sanitary Wastewater Treatment Plant (SWTP) treats sanitary sewer flows.This is a Progressive Design-Build Project where Trade Work is incrementally authorized by the Airport. This project is to design, construct, permit, activate, commission, and closeout of a new Recycled Water System, including an Advanced Water Treatment Plant, to meet Title 22 requirements for recycled water and removal of per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).Trade Package No.: 4002Trade Package Title: Steel Reinforcement - Rebar (Pre-Qualification)Description of the Trade Package Scope of Work:This advertisement is for interested parties to prequalify with Walsh construction on the following scope:-Furnish and install rebar with bar supports in accordance with the contract documents. Rebar and bar support shall be installed at the AWTP and Recycles Water Tank slabs.-Furnish and install dowels and rebar for equipment pads at the AWTP and Recycled Water Tank slabs.-Furnish and install rebar for pipe encasement-Submit all shop drawings showing detailed dimensions, placement and quantity of rebar needed for review and approval prior to fabrication.All concrete shall be reinforced. Reinforcing steel shall be new deformed steel bars, ASTM A706, grade 60 for #6 and larger and for all bars to be welded; ASTM A615, grade 60 for #5 and smaller.All concrete reinforcing details shall confirm with ACI 315 \"detailing manual\", SP-66 latest edition.Couplers shall be HRC type 510 XTENDER conforming to ICC- ES ESR- 2764T-headed bars shall consist of A706, grade 60 deformed rebar with ASTM 572, gra...
