II, LLC.Project Overview:The Recycled Water Systems Project will design and construct an Advanced Water Treatment Plant (AWTP) to meet Title 22 requirements for recycled water and remove per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) from the effluent. The project will also design and construct a 250,000-gallon storage tank, pump station, and distribution system of roughly three miles of pipeline and connections to some of the Airports facilities. The project will also include upgrades to three existing Sequence Batch Reactors (SBR) and the construction of one new SBR for permit compliance.This is a Progressive Design-Build Project where Trade Work is incrementally authorized by Airport. The goal of this project is to design, construct, permit, activate, commission, and closeout of the new construction for the Recycled Water System Project.The new AWTP and SBR upgrade will exist in the current Mel Leong Treatment Plant (MLTP). The MLTP includes parallel treatment processes for wastewater produced from Airport facilities. The Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant (IWTP) treats industrial wastewater and first-flush storm water runoff; and the Sanitary Wastewater Treatment Plant (SWTP) treats sanitary sewer flows.Trade Package No: TP-4009Trade Package Title: Plumbing AWTFDescription of the Trade Package Scope of Work:1.1 SCOPE OF WORKThe Plumbing Subcontractor (Subcontractor) must always have a competent person on site while contracted work is being performed. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the Plumbing scope of work in accordance with the conformed construction plans and technical specifications. Subcontractor shall provide protection measures for existing facilities adjacent or close to plumbing work area, and equipment and material staging areas.
