Design-Builder Firm Name: Turner Construction CompanyProject Overview:The goal of this project is to expand Terminal 3 by approximately 631,022 gross square feet and to renovate approximately 516,644 gross square feet of the existing facility. The terminal will remain in operation throughout the project and will require extensive phasing. This will include upgrading building systems, seismic retrofit, improving passenger flow, enhancing the passenger experience, and new gates to maximize flexibility.Trade Package No.: 82Trade Package Title: Post-Security: Misc Metals \"B\"Description of the Trade Package Scope of Work: The Misc. Metals \"B\" trade package includes, but is not limited to, fabrication and installation of ornamental column covers, roof ladders/stairs, site civil misc items such as railings/bollards/banger bars, countertop supports, toilet partition supports, and chainlink fencing/gates as required by the contract documents.
