- Design-Builder Firm Name: Turner Construction CompanyProject Overview:Terminal 3 West ModernizationThe goal of this project is to expand Terminal 3 by approximately 631,022 gross square feet and to renovate approximately 516,644 gross square feet of the existing facility. The terminal will remain in operation throughout the project and will require extensive phasing. This will include upgrading building systems, seismic retrofit, improving passenger flow, enhancing the passenger experience, and new gates to maximize flexibility.Courtyard 4 ConnectorThe Courtyard 4 Connector (C4C) Project is a new 7-story core-and-shell building, part of the overall Terminal 3 West (T3W) Modernization Project. The T3W Project is a continuation of the Terminal 3 (T3) Program at San Francisco International Airport (SFO), which began with renovations and expansions of Boarding Area E (BAE) and Terminal 3 East (T3E). The T3W Project will renovate the western half of Terminal 3 to the same level of passenger experience that was achieved in the other airport terminal projects.Trade Package No.: 87Trade Package Title: West and C4C: Casework and MillworkDescription of the Trade Package Scope of Work: The millwork and casework scope for the SFO T3 West Modernization includes the shop drawing development, fabrication, delivery, and installation of architectural casework, passenger seating, and related millwork throughout all pre-security areas. Materials and finished must meet durability, code, and sustainability requirements, and align with the architect-s design intent.
