This is a draft combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the draft solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. If and when the final combined synopsis/solicitation is issued, an amendment will be issued.
The rental services will allow VSFB personnel to collect traffic data at the VSFB Lompoc, Santa Maria, and Solvang Gates and then perform analysis of the data. The collection of the traffic data will be performed by a Sidefire Radar Traffic Counter. The Traffic Counter equipment will be delivered, set up, and picked up by the vendor. The Contractor will provide designated VSFB personnel access to the data collected, with the ability to download all collected data. - Documents:
