Description:
At a minimum, the Contractor will be expected to successfully perform the following construction services, including, but not limited to:Provide all labor, materials, equipment, administrative services, blue staking, and permits where applicable to install new foundations, conduit and junction boxes for traffic signal equipment and street lighting on an as-needed basis. All work shall be performed in accordance with current OSHA and ADOSH standards and the current City of Phoenix Traffic Barricade Manual.Services for the Street Transportation Department may include excavating for foundations and conduit in standard clay soils or hard soil conditions. There will be conditions that will require the use or water or air for excavating. Contractor shall be able to drill up to 20- deep, up to 36” width. The contractor shall be compensated by method of construction.The awarded Contractors shall have the necessary resources and manpower to work at multiple locations when required. Contractors shall have a Level 2 IMSA Certified Electrician on site while construction is being performed.All foundations, conduit and junction boxes will be installed or removed per the latest City of Phoenix standard details and specifications or as required by local utility companies. Work may be located on any City street within the City of Phoenix limits.
