Description
The Indian Health Service, Crownpoint Service Unit, located in Crownpoint, New Mexico has an upcoming requirement for a TRAILER: ADA COMPLIANT PORTABLE RESTROOM for the Incident Command Unit. Portable trailer will be used during water outages at the service unit and at its satellite clinics: Pueblo Pintado and Thoreau Health Clinic.

Estimated Date of Delivery: 60 days or less after award

The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 332999 - All Other Miscellaneous Fabricated Product Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 750.

The Request for Quotations using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by July 21, 2025.

Evaluation factors used will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.

Quotes will be due on or by July 28, 2025. This acquisition will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
