- Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the Rhode Island Housing and Mortgage Finance Corporation (“RIHousing”) seeks proposals from qualified firms to increase capacity and provide technical assistance to stakeholders in the RI Homeless Response System. The goal of this RFP is to strengthen Homeless Service Providers- knowledge and ability to effectively implement federally and state-funded homeless service programs.This RFP includes multiple contracting opportunities that may be awarded to one or more firms. Proposals may address one or more of the following activities:1. Enhance the delivery of services in the RI Homeless Response System by creating a case management training course for homeless service providers.2. Provide technical assistance and offer as-needed technical assistance to support Homeless Service providers to effectively operate and implement programs serving homeless individuals.3.
