The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Contracting Operations Branch-Construction Team has a requirement to replace an existing Trane chiller in Poplarville, MS. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control to perform removal of an existing Train RTAF chiller and install a new properly sized Trane air-cooled chiller (RTAF-230).
Vendors are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. Vendors interested in attending the site visit must notify the Contracting Officer at osvaldo.rodriguez@usda.gov by 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on July 7, 2025, to be added to the approved list.
