• Amendment 0006 - The purpose of this amendment is to:
  1. Extend the deadline for revised proposals from 3:00pm ET on 04/21/2026 to 11:59pm ET on 04/22/2026.
  2. Provide Attachment J8 - 030ADV26R0011 QA - 20260421 (pp.2), which contains responses to questions from
  offerors within the competitive range.
  3. Update the Price Proposal language in Section L.
  4. Update the Price Proposal language in Section M.

This amendment extends the due date for past performance questionnaires from 02/13/2026 to 02/20/2026 at 12:00 PM EST. Offerors that have already had questionnaires submitted on their behalf do not need to have new questionnaires submitted on this revised version of the form.
