Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Travel Management Contract. If you would like tosubmit quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions ofthe attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows thisletter.The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting anacceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations,without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range ifthere is a need to do so.The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference at the site, The pre-proposal conference will beheld on January 15, 2025, at 11AM Eastern Africa Time at the US Embassy Nairobi. Prospectiveofferors/quoters should contact NairobiGSO-Contracts@state.gov by January 13, 2025, 9AM Eastern AfricaTime for additional information or to arrange entry to the building.Quotations are due by January 27, 2025, 07:00 Eastern Africa Time. No quotations will be accepted afterthis time.
