ANTICIPATED RFP SCHEDULE: A. REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: Novo Construction is currently requesting bid proposals for the Chapel Project on Treasure Island. This Project has Union requirements. Please confirm if you are certified SBE and/or Union. B. PROJECT SUMMARY: Interior and exterior upgrades to existing Treasure Island Chapel Building C. SCOPES OF WORK FOR THIS RFP RENOVATION INCLUDING NEW ARCHITECTURAL FINISHES, WINDOWS, EXTERIOR DOORS. UPGRADE MULTI-STALL BATHROOMS AND (1) SINGLE-OCCUPANT BATHROOM TO ACCESSIBILITY STANDARDS. NO CHANGE IN OCCUPANCY OR USE, FUTURE CAFE PROPOSED ON WEST END AS ACCESSORY. TENANT IMPROVEMENT FOR SUCH SPACE TO BE FILED UNDER SEPARATE PERMIT PARTIAL STRUCTURAL REINFORCEMENT ARE PROPOSED, ALONG WITH MEP UPGRADES. VARIOUS SLOPED RAMP AND STAIRWAY ARE PROPOSED TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO BUILDING FROM PARK D. SBE GOALS 41% of construction contracts 38% of professional services contracts E.
