B. PROJECT SUMMARY: The Stage 2 Site Improvement & Pump Station project is located on the S/E corner of Treasure Island in San Francisco, CA. The project comprises (10) different areas that will be installed in phases from July 2025 through ~Q3 2028. The scope of work for the Site Improvement Plans for Stage 2 includes earthwork, dewatering, sheet piling, installation of wet and electrical utilities, site paving, flatwork, landscaping, etc. The Trade Winds Sanitary Pump Station is ~3,000 SF, located along [future] Trade Winds Ave. and will service future buildings on Treasure Island.
