To: All Interested Parties RE: Request for Qualifications for Tree Inventory of City Trees The City of Centralia, Missouri, is seeking qualifications from professional firms to conduct a comprehensive tree inventory of all trees for which the City is responsible. The purpose of this inventory is to assess the condition of the trees, prioritize necessary removals, and assist in budgeting for the removal of dead or dying trees over a planned four-year period. Electronic submissions will be accepted. All electronic submissions must be titled, "Tree Inventory Services RFQ - Bid Attached”. Submit one (1) electronic copy of the Statement of Qualifications (PDF format preferred) by email to: Marilyn Dick City Clerk marilyn@centraliamo.gov Hard copy submissions must be submitted in a sealed envelope labeled "Tree Inventory Services RFQ" and delivered to: City of Centralia 114 S Rollins St. Centralia, MO 65240 Attn: Marilyn Dick, City Clerk Submissions must be received by 10:00 AM CST on May 16, 2025.
