**AMENDMENT 00001 August 22, 2025***
This amendment extends the closing date for receipt of offers. The original closing date of 1 September 2025, 14:00 Central European Time, is revised to 2 September 2025, 14:00 Central European Time.
All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.

The Regional Contracting Office intends to solicit and competitively award a hybrid fixed price (FFP) and time and materials (T&M) contract for Tree Maintenance and Emergency Cutting Services at U.S Army Garrison (UASG) Wiesbaden, Germany.
The contract will consist of one (1) base year and one (1) option year. Proposed performance start date is on or about 22 September 2025.
The RFQ and any amendments will be posted to www.Sam.gov.
