- The city of Montgomery is requesting proposals from companies qualified to conduct business in the state of Alabama and Montgomery County to plant five hundred Trees in Montgomery City right-of-way and maintain them for one year after planting; provide ongoing maintenance services for street trees and sight obstructions till the year 2028. One hundred trees will be set aside for private property owners or for those who seek trees in low canopy areas. The successful company shall be required to enter into an agreement with the City of Montgomery for tree planting and maintenance services based on the specifications outlined in this proposal.
