- The Town of Manchester is soliciting bids for tree services from a licensed Connecticut Arborist which include pruning, removal for a public project, and or removal of Town trees which pose a hazard to the General Public. The Town will award one contract for the following categories of work:Roadside Tree Removals and Pruning. To be considered for contract award the contractor must have a bucket truck, aerial lifts or other equipment with a minimum of 70- reach available to the Town.Off Road Tree Removals and Pruning. This work will be performed in parks, cemeteries, recreation areas, open space and other non-paved road locations. This work will be based on an hourly rate. For off road tree removals and pruning, bidders shall have the abilities to fell, limb and otherwise address tree services at the Town-s direction in areas not accessible by public road.Crane ServicesStump Grinding
