• This is a solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 12. This constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 140P8426Q0017 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. This solicitation is for a service, is a 100% total small business set-aside, and will result in a firm fixed price contract to a single contractor/vendor determined to be responsive and responsible.
