Description
The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - Pacific intends to issue a solicitation for a firm fixed-price, non-personal services contract for Tricare Referral Registered Nurse (RN) Services at the 51st Medical Group, Osan Air Force Base, Republic of Korea. This requirement is for a period of performance from 15 September 2025 - 14 September 2026 (Base Period), with four (4) one-year option periods.

The Tricare Referral RN shall support the TRICARE Operations and Patient Administration (TOPA), 51st Medical Group. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and materials necessary to recruit, qualify and retain the Tricare Referral RN.

Required qualifications includes but is not limited to:

Education: Applicant shall submit copies of official transcripts indicating completion of a bachelor-s degree in medical clinical fields (i.e., Nursing), Hospital/Healthcare Administration or Business Administration. Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of experience of liaison and/or referral management processing within the last ten (10) years between host nation hospitals and US hospitals (including MTFs). License/certification: Required to have and maintain a current, active, valid and unrestricted license (with no limitations, stipulations, or pending adverse actions) to practice as a RN. Language Requirement: Ability to communicate effectively in both in English and in Korean languages, orally and written.
The NAICS code for this proposed procurement is 621399 and the annual size standard is $10M. This solicitation package will be available on the SAM.gov website (http://SAM.gov/) approximately in August 2025. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued and no solicitation mailing list will be compiled.
