THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A WOMEN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (WOSB) SOLE SOURCE SUPPLY CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.
