Due to mission critical duties, the space must be accessible by major arterial roads and/or public transportation systems to the MCO airport. Additional requirements are to have sufficient parking for visitors, the ability to securely house a 24-hour operation within the space, as well as a minimum ceiling height for the gym training area of 12 feet and a floor load of 100 lbs per sq. ft. Ammunition and law enforcement equipment will be stored onsite.
