The Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS), Chinle Service Unit, plans to negotiate a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract with ASSURED IMAGING WOMEN'S WELLNESS OF SOUTHERN ARIZONA, L.L.C. (UEI VM22LEW4GQD6) for Mobile Preventive Health Services Digital Screening Mammogram- Bilateral or Unilateral Diagnostic and Specified Radiology / Imaging for Women's Health Services for the Tsaile Health Center. The NAICS code is 621512, with an associated small business size standard of $40.0 million.
The contract will have a base year and four option years. The anticipated period of performance is from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2030. This notice does not request quotations or proposals. Vendors capable of providing the stated services may submit a capability statement. Verbal responses will not be considered. Responses are due September 03, 2025 by 3:00 pm MDT.
A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
