Attendance at the pre-bid conference by prospective bidders is not mandatory but is encouraged.In general, the work involves, but is not limited to clearing and grubbing, excavation, terrace construction, waterway construction, wetland construction, neutralization of acid water and soil, erosion stabilization, and seeding.
