Attendance at the pre-bid conference by prospective bidders is not mandatory but is encouraged.In general, the work involves, but is not limited to, clearing and grubbing, excavation, pit dewatering and backfill, landform grading, stream channel construction, wetland construction and enhancement, revetment placement, erosion control, seedbed preparation, and cover and permanent seeding.
