Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. See attached Statement of Work. All questions regarding this solicitation must be received by 3/19/2025, 2pm CT.
Question and Answers:
Q1: Does the "stump" in photo K need to be dug out of the ground? Or just cut down close to the ground?
A1: The stump in photo “K” can just be cut close to the ground.
Q2: Can these plant materials be chipped in place? Put through a wood chipper in a specific location? (I am assuming they want the plant material in place to help with future plantings).
A2: The plant materials can be chipped on site, but the materials will need to be removed. We do not need the chipped plant material to remain on site.
Q3: Is there a possibility to complete the work on weekend such as Saturday and Sunday or does it have to be serviced through the weekdays?
A3: The work needs to be serviced Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm.
Q4: Some of the photos do not match the descriptions being requested for removal and/or trimming so a site visit would be needed to ensure the correct pricing and/or support needed to execute the solicitation. Please advise when a site visit can be scheduled.
A4: There will be no formal site visit, however, the center will be open Mon-Fri if they wish to stop by and see the trees by the main buildings.
Visits can be made during the week of 24-28 March 2025.
The response due date is extended to April 2, 2025, 1PM CT.
