This is a Sources Sought Notice to determine the availability and technical capability of small business vendors that are currently active participants in the SBA-s 8(a) program to meet the Government-s requirement to upgrade its electrical power infrastructure at Tunnel 9 with modern equipment and a resilient configuration scheme. Tunnel 9 is a Hypervelocity Wind Tunnel, an Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) asset located in Silver Spring, MD. See Attachment 1 - Statement of Objectives for additional details.

System for Award Management (SAM) Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Number.Submission: Provide a capability statement and your intent to meet the subject contemplated requirement no later than 1:00 PM Central Time (CT) on 17 June 2025, via email to Ms. Brooke Vandeman at brooke.vandeman@us.af.mil. Verbal responses will NOT be accepted.
