Bid Specs for Turtle Cove Fencing ProjectSealed bid for the City of Festus 2025 Turtle Cove Splash Pad and Playground Fencing Project will be received by the City of Festus, 950 N Fifth St, Festus, MO 63028, until 2:00pm CST on July 23, 2025. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00pm CST on July 23, 2025, at Festus Public Works, 950 N Fifth St, Festus, MO 63028.The Scope of Work for the Project is as follows:Instillation of approximately 1000- of 48” black vinyl coated fencing around the perimeter of the play area.Instillation of two 8- service gates and four 4- access gates.Clean up and removal of all construction debris at close of the projectPlease refer to the aerial map that includes a GIS overview of the area. A site visit is mandatory for bidding due to the complex layout of the fencing project.
