Description
This is a firm fixed price type contract for obtaining TV and Internet Services for the U.S. Embassy Tokyo, Japan.
The anticipated performance period is for one-year base year plus four (4) one year option years and six-month extension, if exercised by the Government. All responsible quoters registered in SAM.gov may submit a quote which will be considered.
The Government may award the contract based on the initial quote without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
The U.S. Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.
All contractors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://sam.gov/content/home prior to submitting a quote pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective quoters are required to register prior to the submittal of quotations.
This opportunity is subject to 52.229-12 - Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements (FEB 2021)
