Provide a one time, urgent procurement unde rFAR 6.302-2 Unusual and compelling urgency from a known shipyard available to accomodate the emergency work.
This acquisition is to perform an emergency drydocking and repair of one of hull in way of the dirty oil tank. This emergency repair work is required as the vessel has sprung a leak into the dirty oil tank. The regulatory bodies have restricted the movement of the vessel to only being allowed to travel to the local shipyard for permanent repairs - Documents:
