The Government intends to purchase on a firmfixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis DBA Beverly MicrowaveDivision (CPI-EDB) for items as listed under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FARPart 12, and FAR Part 13.Offerors must be registered in SAM.GOV database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoDcontract.
