The Las Virgenes Municipal Water District is seeking Proposals to provide engineering design services for Project Title. Proposals are to be submitted through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/lvmwd, no later than Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date. Design Engineering Services will include:Review of available materials from the District and other sources and researchPreparation of biddable plans and specifications for each tank, as construction may be awarded individuallyOpinion of probable cost shown in the bid formatBidding and construction support servicesA preliminary scope of work is included to assist you in the preparation of your proposal. Failure to submit information in accordance with the requirements in this Request for Proposal (RFP) may be cause for disqualification.A pre-proposal meeting or meeting at the tank in this RFP will be at the request of the consultant and is optional.
