The 325th Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source firm fixed price purchase to the Florida Department of Management Services for a subscription to the Criminal Justice Network (CJNet) for one (1) base year and four (4) option years. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.302 and other than full and open competition as authorized by FAR 13.106(b) & FAR 6.302-1(a). This notice is neither a request for quote nor a solicitation for offers. A determination by the Government to not compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
