NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, Florida intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about 17 March 2025. The solicitation will be issued as a 100 percent Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside via GSA e-Library.FAR 5.204 Pre-solicitation Notices. This is NOT a solicitation. The period of performance will be from 01 July 2025 - 30 June 2026 with four one-year options and a six-month extension in accordance with FAR 52.217-8. The PSC Code is U008. The NAICS Code is 611430, with a size standard of $15M (millions of dollars).The purpose of this acquisition is to provide Combat Skills Course of Instruction (COI) Services in support of Center for Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Diving (CEODD), Panama City, Florida.The solicitation will be available on or about 17 March 2025 for download on download on GSA eBuy.The RFQ will include instructions for preparation of price quotes, the performance work statement, and evaluation criteria. It is the responsibility of interested parties to register with GSA eBuy to download the synopsis, solicitation and subsequent amendments and all attachments. As a reminder, a Sources Sought Notice was published on SAM in October. Quoters are encouraged to review the referenced websites frequently for updates.
