REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)/SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE (SSN). This is a Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice (SSN) pursuant to FAR Part 10 (Market Research) and is not a pre-solicitation notice or solicitation for proposals/quotations. This submission shall not be construed as an invitation for bid, request for quotation, request for proposal, or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services, nor does its issuance in any way restrict the Government as to its ultimate acquisition approach. This request does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or the authority to enter into negotiations to award a contract. The Government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this notice, nor will it reimburse the contractor for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice.Any information provided by the Government at this time is preliminary and may be updated or changed prior to release of a formal solicitation. Your response to this Sources Sought Notice will be treated as information only and part of market research and will not be shared outside of the Government. This RFI/SSN is being issued by the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Pentagon Directorate on behalf of the Center for Information Warfare Training (CIWT) Pensacola, FL. The NAVSUP FLC Norfolk, Pentagon Directorate is looking to identify potential sources capable of meeting the Government-s minimum requirements for contractor support to provide training support, technical support, delivery and learning, and performance solutions to the U.S.Navy.
