Tender are invited for Proposals for TERM CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT on an as needed basis, as described in the General and Special Conditions contained herein, from date of award through June 30, 2026 with options [(two (2) one (1) year - 12-month increments] to renew through June 30, 2028, will be received by the University of Alaska Anchorage, Facilities Planning & Construction (FP&C) until July 1, 2025 at 4:00 AM., via Bid Express https://www.bidexpress.com/businesses/64480/home. The work consists of, but is not limited to, construction, alteration, modification, maintenance and repair to UAA owned and leased facilities and its extended campus facilities located with the State of Alaska. The work includes all materials, supplies, labor and equipment required and necessary to complete the scope of work described in each work order.The total quantity of work ordered during the first contract period, and any subsequent renewal period, will typically not be less than $5,000 nor more than $100,000 per work order with a not to exceed aggregate total of $3.5 million during any one-year contract ...
