Tender are invited for Akasofu Room 419 RepurposeProject No.: D23096 AK4RBid No.: 0602025The University of Alaska is seeking bids for the Akasofu Room 419 Repurpose project. Bids will be received electronically by the University of Alaska on the Bid Express website at https://www.bidexpress.com/businesses/43192/home until Thursday, July 17, 2025, 2:00 p.m., at which time bids will be opened and read aloud at the office of the Division of Design and Construction located in the Lola Tilly Building at 1850 Tanana Loop, Fairbanks, Alaska. Bid results will be made available to the public on the Bid Express website after evaluation.The Work consists of building out eight (8) private offices to include walls, raised floor, doors, windows, acoustical ceilings, HVAC modifications, sprinklers, lighting and finishes. An additive alternate exists to install six Type B windows.Bidders are advised that the University of Alaska has a procedure for accepting alternate products or systems prior to bid opening.
