Bids will be received electronically by the University of Alaska on the Bid Express website at https://www.bidexpress.com/businesses/43192/home until Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., at which time bids will be opened and read aloud at the office of the Division of Design and Construction located in the Lola Tilly Building at 1850 Tanana Loop, Fairbanks, Alaska. Bid results will be made available to the public on the Bid Express website after evaluation.The Work consists of removing and replacing the steam and condensate lines from 6th Avenue to the UAF Community and Technical College at 604 Barnette St., removing the utility vault in its entirety, and capping the water valve on 7th Avenue.Bidders are advised that the University of Alaska has a procedure for accepting alternate products or systems prior to bid opening.
