- Description : ADVERTISEMENT FOR BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING CONSULTANTThe University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), requests a written response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to select a consultant to provide Building Information Modeling (BIM) services, including organizing, updating, and consolidating 3D Revit models using the Autodesk Construction Cloud; collaborating with Architect, Engineer, and Contractor (AEC) teams to manage live project updates; providing on-going Revit model management; developing, managing and enforcing BIM standards; and providing ongoing BIM consultation and training to ensure compliance and best practices for various non-specific UCLA Health projects for new or existing buildings and locations. The selected consultant will perform work under a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with theUniversity, with authorizations for specific assignments from the Medical Center executed as necessary over the term of the agreement, which may be up to five years. The scope of services will vary according to the specific requirements of each assigned task, with appropriate fees negotiated per UCLA policy at the time of each authorization.
