Description
The Bureau of Reclamation intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to TechnipFMC for User Configuration Open System (UCOS) Subscription Services. This procurement includes technical support and software updates for the Yuma Desalting Plant (YDP) and the Water Quality Improvement Center (WQIC) Distributed Control System (DCS).The contract period consists of one base year starting October 1, 2025, followed by four option years. This is a sole source procurement under FAR 13.501(a), and funding for this procurement is subject to availability.Please note that we will not be accepting competitive submissions (such as quotes) for this procurement.
