Description:
Purpose Of Procurement Pursuant To The State Purchasing Act (official Code Of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 Et Seq.), This Electronic Request For Proposals (erfp) Is Being Issued To Establish A Contract With A Qualified Supplier Who Will Provide Reverse Atm Machines To The University Of Georgia (the State Entity) As Further Described In This Erfp. The University Of Georgia As Part Of The University System Of Georgia, Is Soliciting Proposals From Qualified Vendors For The Provision, Installation, Maintenance, And Support Of Reverse Automated Teller Machine (atm) Systems And Associated Services. The University Seeks Innovative And Efficient Solutions To Enhance Cash Management, Reduce Manual Handling Of Currency, And Improve Operational Efficiency Across Campus. An Agency Contract Will Be Issued To The Supplier Who Submits The Highest Scoring Proposal. The Contract Will Be Effective For An Initial Period Of One Year With Four Optional One-year Renewals Available At The University's Discretion.
