- Purpose Of Procurement Pursuant To The Board Of Regents State Construction Manual, This Electronic Invitation To Bid (eitb) Is Being Issued To Establish A Contract With One Or More Qualified Suppliers Who Will Provide Comprehensive Plumbing Services To The Board Of Regents Of The University System Of Georgia By An On Behalf Of The University Of Gerogia (hereinafter, The State Entity) As Further Described In This Eitb. This Contract Is For A Comprehensive Plumbing Service Agreement, Encompassing Both Emergency And Routine Plumbing Services. The Contract Will Cover After-hours, Holiday, And Weekend Emergencies, As Well As Plumbing Repairs During Regular Business Hours.
