Purpose Of Procurement Pursuant To The State Purchasing Act (official Code Of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 Et Seq.), This Electronic Request For Proposals (erfp) Is Being Issued To Establish A Contract With A Qualified Supplier Who Will Provide Institutional Animal Care And Use Committee Software To The University Of Georgia - Office Of Research (the State Entity) As Further Described In This Erfp. The University Of Georgia Is Soliciting Qualified Proposals To Establish A Contract With A Qualified Supplier Who Provides Iacuc (institutional Animal Care And Use Committee) Software Solutions To Enhance And Streamline The Management, Oversight, And Compliance Of Animal Research And Teaching Protocols Within Our Institution. This Software Aims To Provide A Comprehensive And Integrated Solution That Facilitates The Entire Lifecycle Of Animal Research, From Protocol Submission And Review To Ongoing Monitoring And Reporting. An Agency Contract Will Be Awarded To The Highest Scoring Responsive And Responsible Supplier With Whom Uga Can Reach Agreement On Terms And Conditions.
