Description:
Purpose Of Procurement Pursuant To The State Purchasing Act (official Code Of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 Et Seq.), This Electronic Request For Proposals (erfp) Is Being Issued To Establish A Contract With A Qualified Supplier Who Will Provide Smoothie Concept Concessions To The University Of Georgia (the State Entity) As Further Described In This Erfp. The University Of Georgia¿s Dining Services Is Soliciting Proposals For A Concessionaire To Provide A Smoothie Food Service Operation On The Athens Campus. The Location Will Be 100% Self-operated By The Awarded Supplier. The Supplier Will Maintain All Responsibility For All Facets Of The Operation, Including Product Sourcing, Inventory Management, Staffing, Customer Service, Recipe And Menu Management, Health And Safety Guideline Adherence, Internal Branding, And Quality Assurance. The Awarded Supplier Will Be Required To Offer Bulk Campus Catering Opportunities For Groups And Events. An Agency Contract Award Will Be Made To The Supplier With The Responsive And Responsible Supplier Receiving The Highest Total Combined Score And With Whom The State Entity Is Able To Reach Agreement As To Contract Terms.
